• Discord username — provided voluntarily during purchases or donations
• Communication you send to us through Discord or other channels

Information Collected Automatically via Steam Login

When you log in using Steam OpenID, we receive the following from Valve's Steam platform:

• Steam ID (a unique 17-digit identifier)
• Steam display name
• Steam profile avatar URL
• Steam profile URL

We do not receive your Steam password, email address, or payment information from Steam.

Information Collected from DXRP Platform

When you play on our S&box server, game data is processed by the DXRP platform including:

• In-game balance and economy data
• Playtime statistics
• Server rank and title
• Sanction and moderation history
• Join date and last seen timestamp

Transaction Information

When you make a purchase or donation we collect:

• Transaction ID from payment processor
• Product or rank purchased
• Amount paid
• Payment method type (card, crypto — not the full details)
• Discord username provided at checkout
• Custom title text, if you purchase a custom title
• Steam ID associated with the purchase
• Transaction timestamp

Technical Information

• Session tokens stored in Cloudflare KV (encrypted, expire after 3 hours)
• Server access logs maintained by Cloudflare

• Authenticating your identity when you log in via Steam
• Displaying your profile information and game statistics on our website
• Processing purchases and donations and delivering associated benefits
• Displaying your own subscription status, order history, and donation totals to you on the website while logged in
• Assigning in-game ranks and Discord roles after confirmed payments
• Maintaining transaction records for accounting and dispute resolution
• Enforcing our Terms of Service and server rules
• Communicating with you regarding your account or purchases
• Improving our services and website

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Store Your Information

Our website and services are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Session data is stored in Cloudflare KV with automatic expiration after 3 hours. Transaction records are stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite database).

Data is stored on servers located within the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Valve / Steam

Used for authentication. When you log in via Steam, Valve processes your authentication request. We receive only your public Steam profile data. Valve's Privacy Policy applies: store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement

Cloudflare

Our website, DNS, CDN, and Workers infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process network traffic data. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy applies: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Stripe

Used for processing card payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly. We do not store card details. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies: stripe.com/privacy

NowPayments

Used for processing cryptocurrency payments. NowPayments processes crypto transaction data. NowPayments' Privacy Policy applies: nowpayments.io/privacy-policy

DXRP

Our S&box server runs on the DXRP gamemode platform which processes in-game player data including economy, playtime, and moderation records.

Discord

We operate a Discord community server. When you join or interact with our Discord server, Discord's Privacy Policy applies: discord.com/privacy

6. Cookies & Session Data

We use a single session cookie named evo_session to maintain your logged-in state after you authenticate via Steam. This cookie:

• Is set as HttpOnly (cannot be accessed by JavaScript)
• Is set as Secure (only transmitted over HTTPS)
• Expires after 3 hours of inactivity
• Contains only a random session token, not personal data
• Is deleted when you log out

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set its own cookies for security and performance purposes as described in their privacy policy.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service delivery — sharing your Discord username with our Discord bot to assign roles, or your Steam ID with DXRP to assign in-game ranks
• Payment processors — transaction data is shared with Stripe or NowPayments as necessary to process payments
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Protection of rights — to protect the rights, property, or safety of EVO Networks LLC, our users, or others
• Fraud prevention — to investigate or prevent fraudulent transactions or abuse

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

• Session tokens — 3 hours from login, deleted on logout
• Transaction records — a minimum of 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes
• Moderation and ban records — indefinitely for server safety purposes
• In-game data — retained by DXRP platform per their data policies

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via Discord or through our website. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Note that we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian before using our services or making any purchases.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. These include:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit via Cloudflare SSL
• HttpOnly and Secure flags on session cookies
• Session tokens stored server-side in Cloudflare KV, not in cookies
• Steam ID validation on all authenticated requests
• No storage of payment card details — handled entirely by payment processors
• Rate limiting on authentication and API endpoints

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, posting a notice on our website or Discord server.
